Winter scene layout

Hi, everyone! I was inspired by Tim Holtz Tag for December 2014 to make this Winter scene layout and I used mostly his products to made this. I was also inspired by the words snow and bells from the poem Ring out the old, Ring in the new. For the base I used Simon Says Stamp woodgrain brown cardstock and I distressed it with distress ink in Vintage photo. Then I went with gold mica flakes paste arount it. I used Tim Holtz Pocket watch die and cut several layers of light chipboard. Then I used circle Sizzix die to cut the circle in the middle and painted the watch with distress paint in Picket fence. Then I put a coat of distress crackle paint in clear rock candy and went with distress stain in brushed corduroy on top to achieve the weathered look of the watch. For the background scene I used distress ink in Tumbled glass and Iced spruce. For the snow I used Tim Holtz Specks stamp and clear embossing powder. On top of the trees I put enamel accents in white color and I put snow paste at the bottom. I used seam binding for the bells and a silver snowflake from my stash.
