Hello, crafty friends and visitors!
MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of you who celebrate today!
I am back with another Christmas card but this time it's a 'vintage meets vibrant' kind of a card.
Here is what I created.
I stamped my background (manila cardstock) with my Tim Holtz snowflakes stamp and my Neon Pink stamp pad. Then I distressed the edges with a Vintage photo DI.
I wanted to go with some vibrant colors so I used my Brushos and my Glimmer mists with my white cardstock. I cut the shapes out of that cardstock (festive greenery and jingle bells) using my Sizzix dies. I decorated my jingle bells with Distress Stickles in gold. The sentiment was stamped with Tim Holtz stamp and my Watering can Archival ink.
I punched the star and applied some Crystal Ice Stickles on top. I also applied the stickles onto the edges of my card. I added some metallic thread to decorate my greenery arrangement for a more festive look. To 'hang' my bells I used my neon pink thread. I used my kraft cardstock for the card base.

Vintage meets vibrant works so well Branka, I love your card, the colours are so cheering (here it is dull and raining) and I love all the little bits of 'tinsel', it makes it looks like they are hanging on a real tree! So clever and beautiful!

Gorgeous card, Branka! I love the bright, bold colors against the kraft background! This really does remind me of an old vintage Christmas greeting! I hope you had a lovely Christmas with your family! I took a few days off and turned off the computer. To tell the truth that was lovely! But I love being able to "tune back in" this morning!
